OCTOBER 16–18, 2026 | OMNI HOUSTON HOTEL | HOUSTON TEXAS
The premier gathering for private practice rheumatologists to learn, connect, and grow together. Hear why attendees return to RPPA Growth Summit year after year ↓
I loved the conference! It’s definitely worth flying in for. It taught me how to grow my practice, save money, and earn more. The session on reconciliation was a standout—I'm already using it this Monday to audit my practice and make sure we aren't losing money.

This was my first time attending, and even though I’m not on Facebook myself, my partner is and has been forwarding me clips of everything happening in the community. After this experience, I think I’m finally going to have to reactivate my account just to stay connected! Overall, it’s been a fantastic conference. I’ve met great people, shared valuable insights, and really dove into what small practices truly need—I’m so glad I came instead of her! A few sessions really stood out to me as highlights: the 'Nuts and Bolts of MID' was excellent, and the final session, 'Leaks, Loopholes, and Reconciliation,' was incredibly eye-opening. I definitely have a lot of homework to do when I get back to the office, but it's absolutely worth it.

This is my third time attending, and it was an excellent conference as usual! Having attended the very first one in LA and being a part of the Facebook group for five years, I can confidently say the information provided is always incredibly useful. Each year, they truly outdo themselves. The organizers, the steering committee, and Karlene Su are absolutely amazing. They really get to the crux of everything we are looking for as rheumatology providers in private practice.

One of the things I love most about RPPA is its focus on the business side of medicine. You just don't get that with the ACR or other organizations and super-groups. While others might host summits, they don't offer the actual teaching, professional guidelines, or concrete strategies that directly enhance a practice’s revenue. At this event, it feels like every time you turn around, there is a new opportunity to improve your business. I’ve been in practice for 33 years and have run my own private practice for 26. We’ve implemented a lot of innovative ideas over the years, but just this weekend alone, I learned how to enhance four separate domains in my practice that I previously knew nothing about. Any rheumatology practice could truly benefit from this.

Attending this conference has been a fantastic experience. In between sessions, we have the opportunity to connect and exchange ideas on how to improve our businesses. Everyone brings a unique perspective to how they manage their practice, and sharing those diverse approaches really helps us all learn, grow, and improve together.

As a new private practice owner from West Texas, attending my first RPPA conference has been an incredible experience. I’ve been in the Facebook group for a while, but being here in person is entirely different and immensely valuable. I only wish I had attended sooner! I’m walking away not just with a couple of ideas, but with six concrete strategies that I plan to implement immediately. The business-focused sessions were fantastic. The deep dives into billing loopholes, accessory income generation, regenerative medicine, and in-clinic drug dispensing offered invaluable insights for revenue generation. Beyond the scheduled presentations, sitting down with Felix provided excellent guidance on personal development, leadership, and reshaping how to approach practice challenges. What makes this conference truly unique is how integrated the networking is. Instead of just staring at slides, the round-table setups and interactive Q&A forums foster open, collaborative discussions. While a quick lecture on clinical guideline updates could be a nice addition, there are plenty of other resources for that—I want RPPA to stay hyper-focused on the business of private practice. The organizers and crew are incredibly friendly, they hit their objectives from A to Z, and I will absolutely be back next year in Houston!
